4.1 Listening to audio files
4.1.1 You can switch to the audio files listening mode in the following ways:
- connect SD card;
- connect a USB drive;
- press the AUDIO button (rice. 2, pos. 20).
Note. Switching to mode «Audio», when connecting external drives will not happen if the receiver is in the «receiving a phone call».
4.1.2 Conditions for correct connection are given in Appendix 5c.
4.1.3 In this mode, in the top line (rice. 2, pos. 3) the folder or track number and the playing time of the current track are displayed. At the bottom - track name → file name → folder name → artist name (selection by short pressing the DISP button (pos. 9). If the displayed information is longer than 16 characters, the line will scroll cyclically.
Attention! The radio receiver supports playback of MP3 and WMA audio files.
4.2 Start/stop playback
4.2.1 Playback can be started in one of the following ways:
- installing SD / USB media with music files;
- pressing button 1 «▶|» (rice. 2., pos. 21).
Note. Playback stops automatically when you press the MUTE button (rice. 2., pos. 3) or an incoming phone call and continues automatically when the MUTE button is pressed again, or the encoder knob is turned (rice. 2., pos. 6), or end a phone call.
4.3 Displaying additional information (in the presence of). MP3 files
4.3.1 Press the 2 TAG button (rice. 2., pos.19) - additional information on the current file will appear on the display (artist name, album or track name).
4.3.2 To stop displaying this information, press the 2 TAG button again (rice. 2., pos. 19).
4.4 Manage playback modes
4.4.1 When USB and SD media are installed at the same time, both icons are highlighted (rice. 3, pos. 5 and 6), and the icon of the media currently being played will blink. Source selection is carried out by the AUDIO button (rice. 2, pos. 20).
4.4.2 Turning the track repeat mode on or off is done by short pressing the 4 RPT button (pos. 17). This will turn on the RPT indicator (rice. 3, pos. 10), and the TRACK icon (rice. 3, pos. 2) will flash.
4.4.3 Activate or deactivate folder repeat mode by pressing and holding the 4 RPT button (pos. 17), until the message appears «REPEAT FOLDER». At the same time, the RPT icon (rice. 3, pos. 10) will light, and the FOLDER indicator (rice. 3, pos. 1) - blink.
4.4.4 Turn on or turn off the folder shuffle mode by short pressing the 3 RDM button (pos. 18). This displays the RDM icon (rice. 3, pos. 9), and on the display in the bottom line a short message «RDM FOLDER». RDM indicator is displayed when randomly playing in the current directory (rice. 3, pos. 9), and the FOLDER icon (rice. 3, pos. 1) will flash.
4.4.5 Turn on or turn off the random playback of the entire media by pressing and holding the 3 RDM button (pos. 18). This displays the RDM icon (rice. 3, pos. 9), and on the display in the bottom line a short message «RDM ALL».
4.4.6 With buttons 6 F- or 5 F+ (pos. 14 or 16) quickly switches to listening to the contents of the previous or next folders, respectively. Select a specific folder (with title view) can be done by turning the encoder knob after briefly pressing the SCAN button. Select a specific track (with title view) can be done by turning the encoder knob after pressing and holding the SCAN button.
4.5 MUTE mode
4.5.1 Pressing the MUTE button (rice. 2, pos. 3) the corresponding icon is displayed at the bottom of the display (rice. 3, pos. 14).
4.5.2 To turn on the sound, press the MUTE button again (rice. 2, pos. 3) or increase the volume using the encoder.
