Malfunction	Remedy
The radio does not turn on	Make sure that the contacts of the power circuit are in good condition, not dirty. Make sure that plus 12 volts is present at the radio's power connector. Make sure the temperature inside the vehicle is within acceptable limits
Bluetooth connection between radio and mobile phone cannot be established	Check if the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone is enabled and configured. Restart the radio see point 2.2.3. Check if it's enabled «Phone connection» in radio options
The radio does not respond to button presses	Restart the radio see point 2.2.3
The radio does not find any radio stations	Make sure you are in the reception area. Restart the radio see point 2.2.3
The radio does not detect the SD card/USB flash drive	Make sure the SD card/USB flash drive is compliant (see annex 3). Make sure there is audio data on the SD card/USB flash drive. Restart the radio see point 2.2.3
