№	Malfunction	Remedy
1	The radio does not turn on	1. Make sure that the temperature inside the car is within acceptable limits (clause 2.1.1). 2. Contact the PSSS (ONE HUNDRED).
2	The radio does not find the mobile phone	1. Check if the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone is enabled and configured (see PHONE mode). 2. Reboot the machine according to paragraph 2.1.1.
3	The radio does not respond to pressing hardware / on-screen buttons	Reboot the device according to paragraph 2.1.1.
4	The radio does not find any radio stations	1. Make sure you are in the receiving area. 2. Reboot the machine according to paragraph 2.1.1.
5	The radio does not detect the SD card/USB flash drive	1. Make sure the SD card/USB flash drive is compliant (see annex 3). 2. Make sure there is photo/video/audio data in the SD card/USB flash drive. 3. Reboot the machine according to paragraph 2.1.1.
