Removing
1. Remove the pressure and clutch discs («Clutch - replacement»).
2. In any available way, we mark the position of the flywheel on the shaft (it will make installation easier).
3. Using a 17 mm socket wrench, unscrew the six flywheel mounting bolts, holding it from turning with a mounting spatula or screwdriver.
4. Remove the washer and flywheel.
If necessary, remove the top cover of the clutch housing from the guide bushings.
Installation
We install the flywheel in reverse order in accordance with the mark made during disassembly.
Recommendation. Before tightening the flywheel mounting bolts, apply a thread locker to their threaded part.
Comment. The flywheel must be mounted on the crankshaft in only one position. If the mark has been erased, the flywheel can be installed on the shaft according to the factory mark - for this, a hole is drilled on the outside of the flywheel. When installing the flywheel on the crankshaft, the mark should be located opposite the connecting rod journal of the fourth cylinder. Do not confuse the mark with balancing holes, which are made with a larger diameter drill.
