Removal, replacement and installation of a cowl

To remove, replace and install the hood on a car, you will need: a flat-blade screwdriver, a wrench «at 13».

1. Remove the hood latch and safety hook (see «Removal and installation of the lock of a cowl and a safety hook of the lock of a cowl»).



2. Remove the plastic holders, remove the noise insulation of the hood...



3.... and disconnect the windshield washer hose from the tee.



4. Take out a rubber lining of a washer hose from a framework of a cowl.



5. Remove the windshield washer hose from the hole and the two plastic holders.



6. Turn out on two bolts of fastening of a cowl on both loops and remove a cowl from the car.

7. Replace the hood if required.

8. Install the hood in the reverse order of removal.
