At the ignition switch, check the correct closure of the contacts at various positions of the ignition key (tab. 9.4), the operation of the anti-theft device and the presence of communication with the car anti-theft system. The voltage from the battery and the generator is supplied to the contact «30»
To unload the contacts of the ignition switch, relay K4 is installed in the mounting block.
The anti-theft lock rod extends when the ignition key is turned to «0» (turned off) and remove from the ignition switch. The locking rod is recessed after turning the key from the position «0» (turned off) into position «I» (ignition). The key can only be removed from the ignition in the position «0».
The starter restart interlock must not allow the key to be turned again from the position «I» (ignition) into position «II» (starter). Such a turn should be possible only after the key is returned to the position «0» (turned off).
