Replace the oil pan gasket in a pit, overpass or, if possible, on a lift.
To replace the oil pan gasket on a car, you will need a socket head «on 10».
1. Remove the engine mudguard from the car (see «Removal and installation of a mudguard of the engine»).
2. Drain engine oil (see «Changing engine oil and oil filter»).
3. Remove the front cover of the clutch housing (see «Removal and installation of a transmission»).
4. Turn out sixteen bolts of fastening of the pallet of an oil crankcase.
5. Remove the oil pan by carefully prying it off the cylinder block with a screwdriver. 6. Remove the oil pan gasket from the mating surface of the cylinder block.
7. Remove the remains of the old pan gasket and sealant (if available) from the mating surfaces of the cylinder block and oil sump. Carefully wipe off the oil from the mating surfaces with a rag.
8. Lay a new pan gasket on the mating surface of the oil pan.
9. Install the oil sump on the vehicle in the reverse order of removal, and evenly tighten the bolts crosswise to the torque specified in annex 1.
10. Fill the crankcase with oil.
