Removing
1. We prepare the car for work (see «Preparing the car for maintenance and repair»).
2. Remove the gearbox (see «Gearbox - removal and installation»).
3. Remove the clutch drive parts from the crankcase (see «Clutch - replacement»).
4. Using a 10 mm socket wrench, unscrew the three bolts securing the guide sleeve of the clutch release bearing.
5. Remove the sleeve from the input shaft of the gearbox.
6. Carefully, so as not to scratch the input shaft of the box, we break through the oil seal with a small chisel or center punch.
7. Pliers (with curved lips) remove the seal from the seat.
Installation
We lubricate the working edge of the new oil seal with gear oil and press it in, using the old oil seal as a mandrel.
Next, install the parts in reverse order.
