Fan part number see here.
Removing
Put the car on a two-post lift, apply the parking brake, turn off the ignition and disconnect the wire terminal "masses" from the battery.
Remove engine crankcase protection (see here).
For vehicles with K4M engine
Remove intake silencer (see here).
For vehicles with K7M engine
Remove the air filter intake pipe. (see here).
For vehicles with power steering
Disconnect the power steering pipe from the holders on the electric fan of the engine cooling system.
Remove the two screws securing the radiator inlet hose holder bracket...
...and remove the bracket.
Remove the reservoir of the power steering pump from the mounting bracket without disconnecting the pipelines, and tie it to the engine.
Operations for all vehicle configurations
Disconnect harness 1, Figure 13-19, of wires from holder 2 on the electric fan.

Fan Motor Replacement Shown Here.
Installation
If removed, install blower motor resistor and power steering hose holders.
Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Checking the operation of the electric fan of the cooling system
Start the engine.
Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the coolant temperature sensor.
Check the operation of the electric fan of the engine cooling system.
Connect the wiring harness connector to the coolant temperature sensor.
Stop engine.
Using a scan tool, clear DTC DF004 "Coolant temperature sensor circuit" (diagnostic device DST-14).
Read fault codes.
Troubleshoot if necessary.
Delete fault codes from memory.
